Leading a Rebrand:

Modernizing the Global Content Creation Process

Role: Global Project Lead – Marketing Operations / Content Systems
Teams involved: U.S. Marketing, European Marketing, Sales, R&D/Engineering, External Vendor
Timeline: 4 months
Deliverables: 4 brochures + global content standards + new content creation workflow

Executive Summary

I led a global initiative to consolidate, modernize, and standardize our elastomer product collateral into a unified four-brochure series used across the U.S. and Europe.
I built the project plan, managed cross-regional teams, coordinated with engineering and sales on content accuracy, and owned vendor management.
The final series shipped on-time and under budget, establishing the first global content-creation process within the division.

The Business Problem

  1. Product information was inconsistent across regions.
  2. Sales teams in different markets were using outdated or conflicting materials.
  3. Engineering teams struggled to keep collateral accurate across revisions.
  4. There was no standardized content-development workflow
